My name is Christine McGowan, and I’m a certified dog trainer here to help you and your dog flourish. Whether you’re looking for help in preparing your puppy for life in the real world or trying to get your rowdy adult dog’s manners more manageable, I’m so happy you’re taking action to address your dog’s behavior and well-being.

As a certified dog trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CPDT-KA), my main focus is providing Bergen County dog owners with resources, training, and support to develop a dog who is not only well behaved, but also a joy to be around. 

After spending over a decade fostering dogs through Paws Montclair, Inc in my home, I got to see first hand what improper training and under socialization can do to dogs and their families, so I’ve made it my mission through Wise Canine Training to improve the lives of dogs and their families in Bergen County.
